We recently (December 2025) trusted Oh My Dog Pet Travel to transport our cat Nico from northern Spain to London, and the experience exceeded all expectations. We were quite nervous beforehand, but from the very first interaction, Jorge and Gabri made us feel completely at ease. Communication was excellent throughout. They regularly shared photos and videos, so we always knew how Nico was doing, and we could track the van’s location 24/7 via GPS. His travel crate was spotless, spacious, and clearly designed with comfort in mind. It’s clear that this team genuinely cares about the wellbeing of the animals they transport. I wholeheartedly recommend Oh My Dog Pet Travel to anyone looking for a dependable and caring pet transport service. Professional, kind, and stress-free from beginning to end. Absolutely deserving of five stars. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again for future moves.

We used ohmydog to travel our dog and 2 cats from the UK to Spain. The service was outstanding from start to beginning would highly recommend. Everything was double checked before our pets travelled to unsure a smooth travel. Plenty of updates and pictures to keep your mind at ease, we loved tracking them on the GPS. My dog has separation anxiety and I was very worried about her travel but they put our minds at ease with advice before to prepare her for travel and once she arrived in spain you could tell her journey had been completely unstressful for her. My pets felt 100% safe with ohmydog and I'm very thankful we choose to use them. If we needed to travel again I wouldnt use anyone else. Thank you for looking after out pets with such great care.

Our dog Milo travelled with Oh My Dog Pet Travel from London to Ibiza on 21 September, and I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Being quite an anxious dog (and an anxious dog mum!), I was naturally nervous, but Jorge and Gabri made every step of the process seamless and reassuring. They handled everything with such professionalism and kindness — from organising the AHC to keeping me constantly updated with photos and videos throughout Milo’s journey. His crate was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and even though he was a little confused at first, he soon looked relaxed and at ease. By the next day, he had already made doggie friends and seemed to be truly enjoying the adventure! I can’t recommend Oh My Dog Pet Travel enough — they are reliable, compassionate, and truly care about the animals they transport. A five-star experience from start to finish. I will definitely be using their services in the near future!!

Great service! Jorge and Gabri have helped us with our beloved dog twice so far (moving him from the UK to Spain and then back again). They always kept us well updated, and our dog arrived safely each time. I highly recommend their services!
